The key point is that managers must talk with the employees about their views and ideas for professional advancement, focused on developing further qualifications, knowledge, skills, experiences in line with meeting the future needs of company. This can in turn lead to further training or moving to new roles inside the company.

An immersive learning scenario co-created, developped and delivered as final version in less than 4 months. It’s a 40 minutes simulation built to test and learn the fundamentals of a specific interview. With a Question/Answers mechanism, it puts the participant in testing situations to acquire experience and best practices for interviewing his colleagues.
